With us you can refuel the evening before. The pasta party will take place on Friday, October 18th, 2024, between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm in the event area. You can book the free pasta party ticket directly with the online registration.
Refreshment along the route
No matter whether you're in a hurry or taking it easy, you can replenish your energy reserves at our seven refreshment stations.
Because environmental protection and the idea of an efficient and responsible use of resources are very important to us, no cups will be provided at the refreshment points this time either. You must therefore bring your own drinking containers to receive drinks.
We have a special treat for the long distances over 50k and 65k: Runners may have their own food and beverages deposited at the refreshment point “Auf der Heide”. Please hand in any such items in a container (no glass) marked with your name and race number to the refreshment desk (Event Area) by 9:00 pm on Friday at the latest.
